Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
All items are shipped UPS ground shipping with a signature confirmation on it. You must be home to sign for your package. Signature Required! Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive two (2) emails notifying you with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update.
Please keep in mind, that once your package is received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of it. If there is any delays or problems once your item has shipped, please contact UPS at +1 (800) 742-5877

You will not receive a refund from TheJadaLynnCollection for lost packages.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

We are not offering a Houston, TX pickup option at this time. All purchased items will be shipped.
