Shipping Information
Standard Shipping Time: 2-5 business days.
- All orders are dispatched via UPS ground shipping and require a signature upon delivery. A signature is mandatory to receive your package.
-Tracking: After dispatch, you'll receive two emails with tracking details. Tracking updates within 24-48 hours.
- Post dispatch, UPS assumes responsibility for your package's delivery. The JadaLynn Collection is not liable for delays or losses once UPS has your package. Contact UPS directly at +1 (800) 742-5877 for issues.
- The JadaLynn Collection does not refund lost packages.
- Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Holidays are not considered business days.

- Local Pickup: Not available in Houston, TX. All orders will be shipped.
Return Policy
- All Sales Final: Returns are not accepted due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, contact customerservice@thejadalynnco.net for possible accommodations.
Custom Wig Construction Policy
- Construction Time: 7-14 business days (4-8 business days with Rush Order).
- Measurements: Accuracy is crucial; incorrect measurements mean we cannot guarantee a glueless fit.
- Maintenance responsibility of the wig unit transfers to the customer upon delivery.

- Avoid direct heat, excessive pulling, or scratching the lace.
- Prefer air drying. Use a silk bonnet/scarf at night.
- Recommended products: Aussie Moisture Shampoo/Conditioner.
- Limit heat styling.
- Correct measurements ensure a proper fit.
