Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • All items are shipped UPS ground shipping with a signature confirmation on it. You must be home to sign for your package. Signature Required! Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive two (2) emails notifying you with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update.
  • Please keep in mind, that once your package is received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of it. If there is a delay once your item has shipped, please contact UPS at +1 (800) 742-5877.
  • You will not receive a refund from TheJadaLynnCollection for lost packages.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Return Policy 

  • All sales are FINAL!
  • Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, TheJadaLynnCo. strives to make every customer’s experience amazing and special. If for some reason you are not pleased with your items upon receiving them, please contact immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you!

Custom Wig Construction Policy

  • Custom Wig Creation takes 7-14 business days to create. If you add on our "Rush Order" Service your creation time will be 4 - 8 business days.
  • Please assure you are providing the correct measurements for your unit. If the wrong measurements are given, TheJadaLynnCollection is not liable for your unit not fitting properly.
  • When providing hair from another company, we can not guarantee that your hair will style correctly or hair will color to the desired style. Once your unit is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.

Wig Maintenance

  • Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace or excessively pull the lace. This will cause damage and reduce the longevity of your wig.
  • Always air dry. Allow hair to hang and "drip dry".
  • Your bundles/lace will love Aussi moisture shampoo/conditioner.
  • Do not apply heat to your tresses every day.
  • Wrap your hair at night with a silk bonnet/scarf.


  • These measurements are needed to assure your unit fits properly.
  • (Measuring tape available at Walmart/Hobby Lobby: ($1-$3)
  • TheJadaLynnCollection is not responsible for being given the wrong measurements.
  • We make our custom units based off the measurements you provide.
  • Please make sure your measurements are correct to assure your wig unit fits properly.
